Sometimes booting the computer will take an unreasonably long time, even though it made the appropriate measures. Then I recommend to check if there are four large files in the folder path:
C:\WindowsSystem32networklisticons
Each file is 2 GB and the file name is long. If you just delete the files that created them again the next time the computer is rebooted.

Look for subkeys with really long names for Icon16, Icon24, Icon32 Icon48 and
Export them as a backup and delete them.
Now the four files are deleted and they will not be created again on restart, the ram. Time to boot the computer should now be more reasonable.
